This wheel of Durrus from Neal’s Yard is literally the best wheel of Durrus I have ever had in my 15 years of working in cheese. “A smooth, soft washed-rind cheese with flavours that range from milky and buttery at the paste, to vegetal with a cocoa-like bitterness at the rind.
