Milkfarm is located in Downtown Eagle Rock. The area was named “Second Hottest Neighborhood in the United States” in January 2014 (LA Times and Redfin)! The main intersections are Colorado Boulevard and Eagle Rock Boulevard.

We are located between Caspar and Maywood Streets. There is ample metered parking in the area, a LADOT metered public parking lot off Caspar and Merton, and free street parking in the residential areas surrounding Milkfarm.
