Bloomsday is a raw cow’s milk cheese from Cato Corner Farms in Colchester, CT. Story goes that a batch of cheese didn’t turn out *exactly* right, but it was still delicious, so the farm kept the recipe to create Bloomsday! RACLETTE NIGHT is coming back for ONE night on October 12th from 6 to 9pm at Anajak Thai Restaurant (not at Milkfarm). We’re honored and thrilled to join forces with @anajakthaifood and @eversonroyce for an outdoor wine & dine PARTAY during the famed TTT (Thai Taco Tuesday). Justin will be cooking up some incredible Thai-inspired cheesy dishes, while Milkfarm Cheesemongers scrape melty, ooey-gooey, hot raclette on top. Menu items will include Cheese Plates, Salami Plates, Halloumi, an Anajak-twist on Raclette that is one-of-a-kind, as well as some other amazing dishes.
