I know everyone loves Marcona almonds, but these LA-based @agstandard almonds have the most satisfying CRONCH, with a light dusting of salt, pepper, and (the tiniest amount) of sugar. Serra de Estrela is back! This raw sheep’s milk cheese is made using thistle (from the cardoon family) instead of animal rennet, which is a very traditional practice in its homeland of Portugal.
