If you love tangy, soft goat cheeses but want a bit of spice….she is the one for you! The famed CABRALES cheese hails from the foot of the Picos de Europa Mountains in Asturias, Spain. Aged in natural limestone caves with chilly and humid conditions that help facilitate the blue-green mold to create a strong, sharp, acidic, spicy and salty blue! Merideth Cheese (previously known as Merideth Feta) from Australia is a real customer favorite! Soft and pillowy sheep/goat cheese marinated in oil with peppercorns and thyme. Save the oil to dip bread, make a salad dressing, or marinate your meats.
