Oma is a washed rind cheese made by @vontrappfarmstead (yes, THOSE Von Trapps!) and cellared by @jasperhillfarm. This lightly funky cheese is pudgy and pudding-like in texture, and has a flavor reminiscent of herby mushrooms & fluffy scrambled eggs.
