Sunset Bay is a delicious goat's milk cheese with a delicate layer of Spanish pimentón paprika running through the center. ? This imparts a lovely smokey flavor into the dense, creamy paste. The rind is dusted with ash and covered in a soft bloomy rind. Sunset Bay pairs well with a glass of Spanish cava and Marcona almonds. We love this cheese so much we're suggesting they change the name to Sunset BAE
