Today is ? International Women's Day in the middle of Women's History Month and here's a little information #regardingMYfood . My entire family immigrated here from Korea in 1966, and I am born and raised here in Los Angeles to a single mom. Went to culinary school ? in 1999 and worked in pastries before taking time off to travel. I started working in cheese in 2007 and opened ? Milkfarm in 2014. My mom works here 2 days a week and this place runs like a well-oiled machine because of the two badass ladies (Devra & Alyssa) who are my right and left hands.
