This week's #cheeseoftheweek is Andante Dairy's DUET! Soyoung Scanlan, Andante's talented cheesemaker, gives all of her cheeses musical names. The name "Duet" refers to the goat's milk and thyme with which this cheese is subtly infused. When asked about the delicate combination Scanlan said, "in a good duet, you can't distinguish who plays what". This cheese is supple, creamy, tart and lactic!@andante_dairy
