Come in, buy some Chällerhocker and get a sticker! While supplies last!Chällerhocker is made by Walter Rass at a small creamery in the Canton of St. Gallen, Switzerland. The name translates roughly to "sitting in the cellar" which is what the cheese does for at least 10 months on wooden planks. The cheese has a slightly tacky rind with an aroma of peanuts, has a smooth fudgy paste with flavors of brown butter, cashews, malt and caramel.
