It’s finally Winni time! @jasperhillfarm’s Winnimere is a raw, winter-milk, brine-washed, spruce-wrapped cheese that only comes out in the late wintertime (phew, that was a lot of exciting buzzwords for one cheese! ?). This is an exceptional cheese that tastes like smoky bacon and eggy custard.
