This Amarillo Pale Ale is made in Burgundy by a natural winemaker who has started to broaden his horizons when it comes to making delicious beverages. This Pale is refreshingly hoppy with a malty, yeasty backbone. Introducing another new offering from Blakesville Creamery – Sunny Ridge. This semi-firm goat milk cheese is washed in a peach sour beer from a local brewery in Wisconsin. It’s a little meaty and a little funky with a touch of peachy sweetness. It’s also incredibly delicious with roasted tomatoes & prosciutto.
