We received a LOT of holiday goodies this week! First off is everyone’s favorite, Brabander Reserve (formerly Black Betty) from @fromagerielamuse & @essexstcheese! This extra aged version of Brabander goat Gouda is crunchy, salty, and mega sweet this year. Tomme Dolce is the only firm cheese made by Soyoung Scanlan at @andante_dairy. This goat’s milk cheese is rubbed with brandy and then a local plum conserve. The paste is grassy and a little juicy, almost like fresh, plump dark berries.
