Chiriboga Blue is a cow’s milk blue cheese made in Germany by an Ecuadorian cheesemaker, Arturo Chiriboga! Arturo’s dairy is located in the town of Bad Oberdorf, at the base of the Bavarian Alps. THE HBB was one of the very first sandwiches ever made at Milkfarm. Back then it was on a ficelle, but now it is on an outrageously good baguette ? from @bubandgrandmasbread . The inspiration came from European travels, train rides, early 20’s budget, everything France, and The Autogrill (who know that I’m talking about ). I can’t believe after almost 9 years, we are still making this lovely sandwich….and y’all love it so much that we were inspired to make a totebag!
