Alyssa is currently in NYC & met up with Milkfarm alum Liana for very good tour of Crown Finish Caves. CFC is a cheese aging facility that works with cheesemakers across America and Europe to specially age cheeses in an old brewery space. It is banded with a hefty piece of spruce which contributes a woodsy, forest floor flavor alongside its sweet creaminess.
