We got the BEET!! 10/21/17 #milkfarmlunch •BEET: sautéed beet greens, beets, roasted pistachios, cracked pepper, and fromage blanc on ficelle •EGGPLANT: fresh basil, roasted eggplant and zucchini, sundried tomatoes, aioli, arugula, and fresh mozzarella on olive bread •CHORIZO MELT: roast pork loin, chorizo soria, oven roasted tomatoes, cilantro, arugula, house aioli, queso Romero and smoked mozzarella on multigrain •TURKEY: roasted turkey, tart cherry Mostarda, Beurremont butter, Holey Cow and smoked mozzarella on ciabatta •SPECK: speck, fig jam, idiazabal, arugula, and aioli on ficelle •GRILLED CHEESE •MAC N CHEESE

Last month I was in Parma signing a wheel of @parmigianoreggiano that should make its appearance in 2019ish…but in the mean time, we have THE PARMIGIANO REGGIANO CRACKING PARTY on October 29th! An upcoming educational event hosted by our friends at @cbc_eaglerock Join us as we talk cheese via slideshow presentation and crack open a fresh wheel using traditional tools.
