And we’re big FANS of the new hand-cut lasagna sheets from @semolinaartisanalpasta ? —— 11/13/18 #milkfarmlunch CRISPY JAMON: crispy jamon serrano, idiazibal cheese, fig jam, greens, and EVOO on baguette • APPLE: roasted apples, beurremont butter, toasted walnuts, idiazibal, arugula, and honey on baguette • SMOKED CHICKEN: black pepper smoked chicken, garlicky sautéed kale, marinated white beans, roasted leeks, garlic aioli, fresh herbs, smoked mozzarella, and fontina on ciabatta • GRILLED CHEESE • COOKIES
The grand finale of Liana and Melody’s French cheese adventure was a tour of the @rodolphelemeunier affinage center! After a 5AM train ride to a town outside of Tours, the girls met with Carlos who showed them the caves, answered their many questions, and tasted them on nearly every last cheese in the affinage room Merci à Carlos for the generous hospitality and also @i_mrbrown for setting it all up! —— #milkfarmlunch 10/12/18 GENOA SALAMI olive tapenade, fresh basil, oven roasted tomato, fresh mozzarella, salami rosa on focaccia • SQUASH butternut squash, Fontina + smoked mozzarella, hazelnuts, garlicky kale, aioli, herbs on multigrain • ROAST BEER 18hr roast beef, umami aioli, blue cheese, onion jam, mustard grill, served with jus • SMOKED CHICKEN Aioli, roasted chicken, roasted fennel, apples, smoked mozzarella and fontina and braised kale
