I’m grateful for relationships with other businesses that make this little shop go ’round, for my team of Cheesemongers (of yesterday, today and tomorrow) that continue to make this cheese shop a fun, delicious, and educational resource for the community, and for our customers (1st-timers ?regulars) who keep our doors open and the bounty of cheeses flowin’! This raw cow’s milk cheese has an amazing custardy texture that is a perfect balance between dense and fluffy, salty and creamy…with just the right dusting of blue on the rind!
