One of my favorite cheeses is back in stock! Oriol de Montbru. This family has been making cheese around Barcelona since the 80's. This buffalo milk cheese is bright, earthy with a heavy creaminess and covered with penicillium roqueforti on the rind. #nomnomnom #fullfat #cheesemas
