We are beyond thrilled to announce that Sunset Bay is back! This precious beauty from Rivers Edge Cheese in Oregon is our featured #cheeseoftheweek. Sunset Bay is a delicious goat's milk cheese with a delicate layer of Spanish pimentón paprika running through the center. ? This imparts a lovely smokey flavor into the dense, creamy paste. The rind is dusted with ash and covered in a soft bloomy rind. Sunset Bay pairs well with a glass of Spanish cava and Marcona almonds. We love this cheese so much we're suggesting they change the name to Sunset BAE
***RACLETTE NIGHT UPDATE*** This Friday, April 7th is our 3 year anniversary AND the LAST #raclettenight OF THE SEASON! Sorry, initially we said we had our last one scheduled for May…but because of unforeseen circumstances we have to change our schedule. So, please spread the word. NO RESERVATIONS.
