Melody is back from her European excursion! She was fortunate enough to go to León, Spain to make cheese with Oscar! Which brings us to….our cheese of the week: Queso Leonora? This delectable goat's milk cheese is made in the mountains of León.? ? Only two cheesemakers work in the facility and are responsible for the entire production of this cheese! Leonora is soft, dense, creamy, and tangy and is great for pairing with a variety of wines and accoutrements at your next cheese party! ?If you're feeling adventurous try grilling a thick slice of Leonora and pairing it with one of our jams and fresh berries for dessert!
