2017 has been an incredible 3rd year for a Milkfarm! It’s easy to pick out the best of the year (in no particular order): 1) Our supportive customers that help us grow by buying tons of interesting cheese? and keeping us Cheesemongers busy! 2) The super crew aka Cheese ???Milkfam who are dedicated, hardworking and enthusiastic about cheese?. Many people don’t realize how important a solid crew is for a small business. These ladies help make my Milkfarm dreams ?a reality everyday! They are: 3) Devra- she’s been with me (almost) since day one! 4) Melody- ?The Wanderer. She got to visit @quickescheese and make cheese with Oscar in Leon @forevercheeseco 5) Alyssa- cracks ?all of our wheels of parm and is representing us at #CMI in January?! 6) Liana- resident ?scientist, shop? jester, cheesemonger and cook 7) Our Parmigiano Reggiano classes that we are so proud of. A great way to spread the gospel of cheese to all! 8) Having the opportunity to collaborate with amazing other small businesses @eaglerockbrew @letterpresschocolate @worldsakeuk @room31la (just to name a few) that share the same values as us. This gives us the opportunity to host fun events such as Cheese & Sake and to dream outside of our small shop. 9) Being lucky enough to travel to Italy and Switzerland with @columbia_cheese to experience Slow Food, visit tons of cheese producers, make @gruyere_aop Alpage, and be a part of Desalpes????…because the more we learn, the more you learn!
