The rumors are true, it’s finally time…WE GOT OUR FIRST WHEEL OF ROGUE RIVER BLUE!!! This amazing blue cheese comes out every year on the autumnal equinox so it is super special to us. It’s wrapped in Syrah grape leaves that have been macerated in pear liqueur, so it’s sweet, fudgy, salty, and a little bit boozy!
