Rush Creek Reserve is in the house! This raw cow’s milk cheese from our friends at @uplandscheese is wrapped in spruce and based off of Vacherin Mont d’Or. This gooey, meaty delight is best served at room temperature, with crusty bread (or French fries!) and cured meat on the side.
