Hello. We have some bad news so I thought I’d at least lighten the mood with a cute picture of Pepper … Unfortunately, a vaccinated member of our team tested positive for COVID and out an of abundance of caution, I have decided to close the shop so we can quarantine and sanitize. We plan on reopening Monday, August 23rd pending negative rapid test results for the remainder of the team. This is the 1st case we’ve had throughout the pandemic so we are navigating this situation the best we can. Guess this cheese! We’ve posted about this before, but it doesn’t make it any less fun today. This cheese can be strung like string cheese over and over again till it’s nest-like. It is smoked and salted pretty heavily for preservation and taste.
