Brie de Dongé is a pasteurized cow’s milk Brie from France, and it is tasting gooooooood. This is the first time we’ve gotten this cheese is, but it certainly won’t be the last. Made with all local milk (within 30km of the fromagerie), Brie de Dongé is buttery, lusciously creamy, and just a hint tangy in the finish.
