This beautiful little pyramid of goat cheese from @capriolegoatcheese is dusted with smoky paprika and tastes just like BBQ potato chips dipped into sour cream. It is with a heavy heart that we acknowledge the recent and sudden passing of Anne Saxelby. Like so many others in the industry, she stumbled upon cheese at a young age and let it quickly become her passion. Anne was a pioneer in and an advocate for American artisanal cheese, and would continuously strive to share the best American cheeses with the world. Without her early passion and advocacy, shops like Milkfarm may not currently exist. We will continue to honor her legacy by sourcing the best products made by the best people, and by continuing to educate and inspire our mongers and customers with warmth, passion, & joy.
