My 2022 obsession are Taralli! These round cracker snacks originate from southern Italy are are perfect alongside your favorite apertivo, olives and bits of cheese! We get ours fresh baked by our buddy Pat, and offer them in 2 flavors: Classico and Cacio e Pepe (cheese & pepper). You can also try these on our Cheese Plate when dining at Milkfarm! Today marks the 1 year anniversary since Alyssa returned to Milkfarm, and I’m happy to announce that she now Milkfarm’s very first General Manager! Alyssa has been with us for about 6 years and I’m confident that she will continue to lead the team and the shop to the best of her ability. Many of you may have noticed I’ve been (slowly) stepping away and letting my amazing team of Cheesemongers run the show (Andrew is the cheese buyer and Sam is our bevy buyer now…and let me tell you, 3 brains and bodies are better than one when trying to run a business!). We are laboring on Labor Day! Plenty of bread! Plenty of cheese! Come on in and say . We will be CLOSED tomorrow (Tuesday) for maintenance and cleaning so be sure to pick up your rations today. Also meet Isabela! She joined our team not too long ago. Bella is a pastry chef and tattoo artist…and now can add Cheesemongering to her list of life skills.
