Toma Monte Regale is an Italian cow’s milk cheese rubbed with EVOO & tomato. The Alpine milk used to make this cheese comes from the hill of Monte Regale (hence the name!). This is a simply made cheese, meant to showcase the sweetness of this Alpine milk.
