Slice a little bread, slather on some fried tomato sauce, and top with one of these little fishies… to be transported to your favorite tapas bar in San Sebastian ?. These can also be used for salads, in a sandwich (Milkfarm makes an excellent one!), or as part of your garnish in a martini . These Benfumat Boquerones have been part of our stock since day one.
