Today’s menu! 3-5-16 HAPPY SATURDAY! Happy art walk! 1. Crepes- pork belly, smoked mozzarella, comte 2. “The Claudine”- wine cured salami, beurremont butter, cucumbers, comté, black pepper on ficelle 3. Roasted quince- ricotta and chopped Marcona almonds on ficelle toasted 4. Rare beef- Thai chili aioli, radish, pickled green tomato, pecorino, butterleaf on multigrain 5. Haricot verts and asparagus side- mint, ricotta, lemon zest, bread crumbs 6. House pork loin- sundried tomato, fennel relish, smoked mozzarella, classic garlic aioli on ciabatta 7.
