This salami is a true representation of Oregon flavors, featuring Pinot Noir from the Willamette Valley, juniper, rosemary, & @jacobsensaltco sea salt. This is also one of the first offerings from the Olympia Provisions Farmers Network, which means the meat comes from environmentally regenerative, humanely-raised pork from small farms in the Pacific Northwest.
