We’ve got a fun sandwich special running for the next few days! The “Chorizo Pampleppadew” is a fun take on our usual Chorizo sandwich – we changed out the Mama Lil’s for sweet/hot Peppadew peppers. We had a LOT of fun visitors the other day, including all of these amazing cheese & charcuterie producers (and one balsamic producer!). Milkfarm wouldn’t be here today if it weren’t for these makers (plus sooooo many more) doing their thing and making incredible, beautiful, delicious products. The rumors are true, it’s finally time…WE GOT OUR FIRST WHEEL OF ROGUE RIVER BLUE!!! This amazing blue cheese comes out every year on the autumnal equinox so it is super special to us. It’s wrapped in Syrah grape leaves that have been macerated in pear liqueur, so it’s sweet, fudgy, salty, and a little bit boozy!
