Andante Dairy in Petaluma, CA has been owned and operated by Soyoung Scanlon for over 20 years and we’ve always adored her cheeses. A former biochemist turned cheesemaker, Soyoung uses her strengths in science (as well as her artistic expression from years of being a classical pianist) to create cheese that is magical, elegant, and delicious. This ooey gooey sandwich is a staple here at Milkfarm, and it’s perfectly paired with one of our also-famous chocolate chip cookies.
