We miss the days of hosting educational Parmigiano Reggiano Cracking Parties at Milkfarm and other locations around town. We thought it would be nice to share some pictures of how Parm is cracked. We have a FRESH cracked wheel of Valserena’s Solo di Bruna at Milkfarm.
