Had a ?WONDERFUL day driving down from ?Nashville to ?Chattanooga to visit Padgett and the crew at @sequatcheese ???. Randall showed us around the calf pen and we picked up the ladies (cows) and walked them back to the milking parlour??? with their doggie Gizzard. We ate a bunch of delicious cheese? (thanks Emily!), toured the cheesemaking facility and the "caves" (@ Padgett ) where the cheeses get washed and aged. ..Stay tuned….special wheel of cheese will be available for Milkfarm customers when we return! It will be the *ONLY* wheel of its kind available on the west coast. Y'all better stop by this weekend to pick up a chunk ?.
