8/7 #milkfarmlunch 1)French ham, holey cow!, tomato, arugula, shaved red onion, chili oil, on potato rosemary bread 2)grilled cheese 3)Mac and cheese 4)SPECKtacular, roasted shallot herbed butter (ate one yesterday, blew my own mind) 5)roast beef, applewood smoked bacon, kale slaw, shaved pecorino sardo, atomic horseradish aioli, Dijon on ciabatta. Side: COus COus with salsa verde, kale, sugar snap peas, summer squash, shaved yum yum (aka cheese). Cookies, sheep ricotta tart.
