Mea Pet Nat from Slovenia looks like Orange Julius in the glass (who remembers what that looks like) and has notes of citrus, bread and cookies. Humboldt Fog is a wonderful ??? goat cheese with a line of ash running through the middle and around the outside. This cheese ripens from the outside-in, and is tangy, lactic and bright! ..Hundreds of you recieved a free piece of cheese from @cypressgrovers last week from our shop and the reality is that many cheesemakers are facing an abrupt stop of movement of their cheeses due to the pandemic. They gave us that cheese to share with the community because it had nowhere to go . Please think about purchasing CA & American made, artisanal and farmstead cheeses to keep our cheesemakers in business! Milkfarm is OPEN for all of your cheese-needs! #buyCAcheese
