As the weather warms up, we’ve already got grilling and outdoor dining on our mind. This smoky sweet tomato jam from @mcevoyranch is made with chipotle peppers in adobo, for a robustly smoky flavor experience! It’s delicious slathered on a cheeseburger or on a grilled ribeye with blue cheese. This cheese has the texture of an über-dense cheesecake, with a musty, sweet flavor that tastes EXACTLY the way the caves at Crown Finish smell. Our friends at @eaglerockbrew just celebrated their TWELFTH anniversary! They brewed up a very fun tiki-inspired IPA made with orange, pineapple, & nutmeg. Any day is a good day for tiki, and this beer is definitely best enjoyed out on the sun, preferably on the beach (and preferably wearing a coconut bikini, but you do you ). Toma Monte Regale is an Italian cow’s milk cheese rubbed with EVOO & tomato. The Alpine milk used to make this cheese comes from the hill of Monte Regale (hence the name!). This is a simply made cheese, meant to showcase the sweetness of this Alpine milk.
