This week's #cheeseoftheweek is Vacherin Fribourgeois AOC! This traditional raw cow's milk cheese from Switzerland can be very hard to come by and is only made by a small number of producers. ???Milk comes from the Fribourgeois breed of cows that graze in the Swiss Alps. ? Not only is this this cheese delicious by itself but it is also a fantastic fondue cheese! ? Come in and stock up for National Fondue Day! Vacherin Fribourgeois pairs well with bold Burgundy wines, Bordeaux's, and reds from the Rhone Valley.
