Nothing is certain except our #cheeseoftheweek DEATH & TAXES! Bleating Heart creamery makes this cheese on the Northern California coast. Milk comes from a single small herd of certified organic Jersey cows. The cheese is washed in Moonlight Brewing Company's Death & Taxes black lager.
