This week's #cheeseoftheweek is SNOW WHITE! Carr Valley makes this goat's milk cheddar in Wisconsin. ? This princess-like cheese won best of show at ACS as well as other awards! ? The pale white paste stands out in stark contrast to its dark, purplish cloth bandage. Snow White is milky and creamy with pleasantly earthy notes. If pairing this cheese with apples, make sure they're not poisonous! @carrvalley
