Today was one of the most inspiring days of my cheese career. Learning how to make GRUYERE Alpage followed by the festivities in Charmey. Seeing, feeling, experiencing the importance of cheese culture as a lifestyle and its long history! I can't wait to tell y'all about it when you come to Milkfarm!Yea, I did take a selfie with a dog. The second photo is with Jean-Marie, the King of Gruyere who also happens to be the unofficial Mayor of the area?
