A few days ago, Leah was in Italy, specifically at @quattroportonicaseificio with all of the buffalos and their cheese. We are SO EXCITED to have received a wheel of Surfin’ Blu, a buffalo milk blue cheese washed in double IPA. Sam has been waiting for this cheese to arrive since his very first week at Milkfarm, over a year ago, so he’s especially stoked to see this cheese.
