This January cold spell requires lots of soup, pasta, & stew to keep you warm and cozy, none of which is complete without a generous heaping of Parmigiano Reggiano. Our Parm is always aged for at least 2 years and is sweet, salty, crunchy, and a definite staple to keep in the fridge.
