So proud of my buddy Ray for winning FIRST PLACE People’s Choice Award at the Gourmet Guys cooking competition! This competition was to raise money for the Children’s Museum. He used #springbrookfarms Reading Raclette and Fleur d’Espelette in his “Grilled Cheese Bites of Fury” -a short rib grilled cheese with caramelized onions and buttered bread! Way to represent artisanal cheese (and Milkfarm!) @rphan007 ???
