← TOMORROW, Wednesday April 7th, Milkfarm turns 7! It’s our Golden Year y’all and we brewed a beer with Eagle Rock Brewery in celebration! It’s been a long road of planning and collaborating to get the perfect brew and the perfect label…which turned into the perfect storefront window ! Kudos to my entire crew for being a part of the beer making process from milling the malt, to snapping cans into 4pks off the canning line. Milkfarm 7 is our CURD CREW MOO BREW COME TRUE and we’d love to share it with you. Fleur du Maquis is back in the house! This Corsican sheep’s milk cheese is fluffy and bouncy in texture, yogurt-like lactic in flavor, and covered in Herbs de Provence to add an herbal pop. It tastes like spring and is begging for a glass of rosé on the side.
