Fleur du Maquis is back in the house! This Corsican sheep’s milk cheese is fluffy and bouncy in texture, yogurt-like lactic in flavor, and covered in Herbs de Provence to add an herbal pop. It tastes like spring and is begging for a glass of rosé on the side.
