Sake Class (with Cheese!)

Join us as we host Atsuko Glick- Sake Educator from the Sake School of America, for our upcoming Sake (and cheese) Class. Leah, the owner of Milkfarm, was recently Certified as a Japanese Sake Advisor and Atsuko was the instructor of the course! While you won’t get a Certification in this fun class, you will walk away with a ton of knowledge!
The focus of this class is certainly sake! We are excited to showcase SIX very different sakes so that you may learn AND understand the key differences between awa, nama, muroka, tokubetsu, kimoto, doburoku and more! Not only will you learn about these terms, you’ll literally be able to TASTE the difference! No longer look at a restaurant sake list with confusion or a Google Translator again! A Milkfarm class, wouldn’t be a Milkfarm class without cheese! Phenomenal cheese pairings will be enjoyed with 4 of the sakes.
Each attendee will go home with a couple of collectors sake cups as well!
