May is AAPI month and we’re always excited to showcase our Asian-American sisters and brothers who are making incredible products and doing incredible things!

Please join us for our next MEET THE MAKER,  as we host Anica Wu, who is a chef, whole animal butcher, and founder of Bonjerk. Come by to meet her, try incredibly tasty products (we’ll have cheese pairings on the ready), and ask questions! We only stock the Char Siu flavor at Milkfarm, so if you’re interested in the other two, May 16th will be your opportunity to taste the whole line-up.

Flavors include:

  • Char Siu BBQ- Hoisin, Shared Cultures Koji Soy Sauce, Pineapple Juice, Honey, Scallion, Ginger, Rice Vinegar, Five Spice
  • Málà Sichuan- Doubanjiang, Pineapple Juice, Black Bean Soy Sauce, Rice Vinegar, Scallion, Ginger, Thai Chile, Sansho Pepper, Szechuan Pepper
  • Black Garlic- Black Bean Soy Sauce, Preserved Black Beans, Apple Cider Vinegar, Pineapple Juice, Scallion
